The school is managed by a three level organization comprising of

(i) Board of trustees for ASET,

(ii) School Management Committee,            

(iii) School Administration.

Mr. Radha Krishnan is the founder and chairman of Board of trustees,

Mr. Shanmugam Rammohan is the President of the School

Management Committee

and Mrs.rajeshwari  is the Principal. There are twelve members in the

School Management committee including the Principal.
